Logging in to the portal
Where to log in and what to do if you forgot your password.
- Go to my.taptoconnect.app/login.
- Enter your email address and password and click Login.
After logging in you land on Analytics. The sidebar on the left has Digital Profiles, Contacts, Team and NFC Business Cards.
Your first time
Did TapToConnect set up your account for you? Then you received your login details by email, usually with a temporary password. Choose your own password after logging in: click your name in the top right and go to Account Settings.
If you work in a team, your administrator can also give you your own login. You then get an email to set your own password. Read more in Logins for employees.
Forgot your password
On the login page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. No email? Check your spam folder too.
